This Blood Rose design celebrates the local legend of Devil’s Den on the Gettysburg battlefield. Even though Devil’s Den is an important locale for the civil war, the locals believed there was a GIANT SNAKE living in the rock clefts before there was even a whisper of war. They paid tribute to the serpent by leaving food and other sacrifices at the stony alter in order to protect their own lives.
Everyone knows one must beware the ghosts of Gettysburg, but not everyone knows the danger of the giant snake!! VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
