"Strong Women of Gettysburg" Crewneck Sweatshirt

Elizabeth Thorn, who at eight months pregnant in the July heat, took on the task of digging graves and burying 91 fallen soldiers.
Jennie Wade, who was at her sister’s home kneading bread when a stray bullet hit her, making her the only civilian casualty of the 3 day battle in Gettysburg.
These women even knew each other- Gettysburg was a small town then.

We hope this design honors the women who battled along side the men during the Battle of Gettysburg; most didn’t march and fire a musket; they fed, tended, healed, buried, and some even did fight. Strong women have always been the backbone of society.
